A Day at the US Open, 2026

On Monday, September 7th, Coaches Lisa Goldberg and Catherine Kellner brought a group of Carefree Campers to the US Open for an on-court demonstration, this year in Louis Armstrong Stadium!

Mikaela Hunker was selected to administer the coin toss ahead of the 4th Round matchup between 2026 French Open Champion Mirra Andreeva and Anastasia Potapova. Amazing!

See all the amazing photos below of all of our participants, some of whom even got a shoutout interview on the big screen!

Thank you to the USTA for the opportunity and the great photos!

A Day at the US Open, 2025

23 of our Junior Development students got to take part in an amazing experience with Net Generation at this year's US Open on Arthur Ashe Stadium on Sept. 3rd!
They ran out onto Ashe ahead of a quarterfinal matchup between Alex Deminaur and Felix Auger-Aliassime with Carefree coaches Kristen Cassidy and Jack Chen. They demonstrated their rallying skills in front of the excited crowd!
We thank USTA and Net Generation for the amazing opportunity!
